This image was salvaged off a security camera at an unknown location. The only thing found other than knocked out guards was a scrap of red fabric.
I've had this picture stashed away on my hard disk since who knows when. If anyone knows who the author is, please let me know.

By Chase 983 Days AgoNice find. If memory serves, I think that's a speed painting of the character Alucard (from Hellsing, a manga series created by Kohta Hirano). I don't know the artist's name, but the theme here works for Carmen, just the same.
