Not sure what the problem is, everything's working on this end.  I'm going to wait for the server to refresh in the next 24 hours then check if the tech guys can recover anything.

It's been doing this for a little while. I'm trying to get it back into working order, but it's proving tough. I did make a backup of the forums database though, so if absolutely nothing else, I can upload it to a different server altogether. ^_^;

Just wanted to say that I was able to get the site to work again (Yay!).

Turns out that when the domain name expired, the name servers automatically switched over so that the url was falsely mirroring a different domain on the account. I deleted and rebuilt the sub-domain vileheadquarters.dreamhosters.com and then had it point to the old VHQ directory. This worked somehow. :D
