I tried posting a post on the ACME forum when logged in but it says I don't have the privileged to do it.

The ACME forum is for ACME Agents only, have you joined the ACME group?

Your agency determines the way you Role Play and the points you receive.  When you're an ACME Detective you get to post in the ACME forum and you gain points and ranks starting with "Rookie", as a VILE agent, you're helping Carmen create games, there are no ranks in VILE. You can also be a free agent, working for neither side, but unable to post on either forum.

You can join ACME by going to the ACME page: http://carmensandiego.info/groups/entry/ACME-Headquarters

And then clicking 'Join'

But you can only either be ACME or VILE.

I got that but I already seemed to have joined ACME. And I read a post that for the joining process to be completed, I had to introduce myself. However, after clicking on the link to join and trying to post my introduction, that was when I got the error message.

Should I resign and then rejoin again?

That would be my fault for not checking the applications. You're an official member of ACME now, Nicolas, welcome! Please post your intro in the boards, thanks.
