It's me again.
I was talking in the chat about there needing to be more stories with Philo. I have the simple idea of there being a copycat Top Grunge framing Philo for a crime, and he has to work to clear his name. I need ideas for something to steal, and where to travel though. Any ideas?

Welcome back, Philo. I don't have much of an idea, but this could easily take place in the Midwest to West-coast United States. There's the Colorado Railroad Museum... (http://www.coloradorailroadmuseum.org/) ... somewhat industrial.
The only person who could stink as worst as Top Grunge would be Hugh Stink.
That would be Awesome to have.. Count me In if this RPG does happen!!! For anyone that needs a Street Smart Tech Genius :)
