Hi guys, I can't write a journal, it said that my standard membership doesn't let me use jornals or something. Can anyone help? Dinki! :)

Faeon, to use the Character Journal feature, you need to be a member
of ACME or V.I.L.E. Before you apply, upload an avatar, and edit your
profile by adding a heading and description for Chief (if applying for ACME) or Carmen (if applying for V.I.L.E.) to see.

I'm actually having the same problem and I actually am already a Member of the VILE group.

I kind of suspect that this has something to do with my account being a recently re-activated old account, but I'm not sure.
HAHA! Solved my own problem. You have to have a post within the group to access your journal features. I actually thought that I had a post there from before, but that must have cleared when my account was initially deactivated.

It seems that I am having the same trouble as "faeon". I couldn't seem to add a Journal Post on my profile. Then I read the help suggestion and tried that and I get this message:

Does anyone else have any other suggestion of advice on how to activate my Journal Post Privilege.
Nicolas, it seems that you are not yet a member of VILE. You may have already applied, but you must be approved by Carmen. This may take some time if Carmen is busy. When you are accepted, your profile will show that you are associated with VILE Headquarters.

Like what Gunnar said, Nicky my boy, you have to wait till you get officially approved as a VILE agent.
Your profile should reflect the change by displaying "Metier: VILE agent" or something to that effect.
Check the other VILE profiles to see what I mean.
It takes one to two weeks sometimes, you can email Carmen using the site email to remind her.
She has been rather busy of course so the reply might take awhile.
Oh and on behalf of VILE, welcome to our happy little family. Hyuk hyuk.
I apologize, Mr. Spencer, but after some evaluation, I believe your character isn't suited for V.I.L.E. We're team players, and you'll have to gain my trust if you'd like to join the organization. Having phrases such as "To surpass Carmen Sandiego by either capturing or by outdoing her capers." in your profile hardly inspires confidence.
