Chief: The Natural History Museum is one of three large museums on Exhibition Road. Its main frontage is on Cromwell Road. On display at this museum is the Aurora Pyramid of Hope.
Chief: The Aurora Pyramid of Hope is the most comprehensive natural color diamond collection in the world. It was the centerpiece for the 1998 exhibition: "The Nature of Diamonds", organized by the American Museum of Natural History which toured Japan, Canada and the U.S. From 1989 to 2005, it was on public display at the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Now it's in the Natural History Museum in London. Now, take a look at the pyramid under UV light.
Chief: Beautiful, isn't it? Now, today, the Aurora Pyramid consists of 296 diamonds weighing a total of 267.45 carats. That is, until today!
