| Character Background: | Octavia was born into a moderate-income Italian family on the West Coast of Canada. At the age of five, her father left her and her mother, no other information has been found about him. Her mother, under pressure of the small community, slowly went mentally insane, and now located at a mental hospital in critical care. At the age of 16, Octavia, living on the streets of the Lower East side of Vancouver at the time, held her first heist with a gang of local thieves. She narrowly escaped and has been on the run ever since, looking for sanctuary. |
